Now, open up Paint.NET and paste the image into the canvas. Next, choose the Magic Wand from your Tools. Use the magic wand and select the white background of the image.

Once you have done so. Press delete on your keyboard. The delete button can be found on top of your arrow keys on most keyboards.

Now go to the Effects menu and choose Outline Object.

A window will pop up. For best results, put in 3 for Width and 227 for Softness.

Once you have done so, your done. Now just put your credit on the image, save and upload to your image host or server. =]
